Between Salem and albany on the i-5 corridor .Right after Talbot road exit on i-5 heading south from Salem. Or after Jefferson exit if you are headed north on i-5 This rest stop has an area that you can get to a beach like gravel bar. This area is not monitored or patrolled by any type of parks or law enforcement agencies.
